tesa® 4953 is a transparent, double-sided industrial mounting tape with a PET backing and a tackified acrylic adhesive offering excellent hold on various surfaces, high tack and good shear strength. It is the 100 µm thin version of tesa® 4965 Original, with a patented adhesive technology. It is frequently used for bonding components within electronic devices and withstands humidity, UV light and temperatures up to 200°C for limited periods.
